Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to all countries worldwide, excluding the following 5 countries: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Syria and North Korea.

All orders are sent to our warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after each order is placed. Please allow an additional 2-4 business days for your orders to be processed before they are shipped by the respective shipping methods.

Do note that processing times are NOT included in the estimated Shipping times. It is the time we need to verify your order verification, tailor it, perform a final quality check and package your order.

Shipping time is the time it takes for the items to be shipped from the warehouse to your doorstep. This excludes the processing time. A shipping estimate will be provided at checkout after you select an available delivery option. Delivery estimates cannot be guaranteed.

We strive to provide top-of-the-line delivery speeds across the world. Please do not be alarmed if our order arrives in more than one package. This is because we expedite and process orders whenever we can to speed up the delivery process.

We will not be held responsible for any delays that are out of our control i.e. Customs delays, peak period congestion, failure to deliver by the local post office, failure of the customer to pick up their package from their local post office etc.

If a package is not deliverable and returned to us, we are unable to re-ship it without an additional shipment payment from the customer. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Store-credit will be sent (excluding shipping costs amounting up to $30.00 USD) to the customer’s account.

Deliveries to certain countries may incur customs or import taxes. Unfortunately, since we don't have any control over these charges, we can't cover them for you. Import fees must be paid by the customer. If you are unsure if your order is subject to import fees, please check your local customs website and note that our orders will be dispatched from the United States, Japan, China or Hong Kong depending on the stock availability at our global warehouses.

Customers are asked to enter the correct addresses carefully, otherwise the package will not be delivered. Your shipping address can be modified on your checkout page. If you have a change to your shipping address after placing an order, you should contact us immediately at to request for any modification. Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repack it, re-label it and reship it, but please understand that this requires an additional cost. 
Kindly note that once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.
